Tasting
We welcome you to the heart of our château, surrounded by the peaceful landscapes of the Corbières, for a convivial tasting experience. For 30 to 45 minutes, we invite you to discover 3 of our emblematic vintages. It's a playful yet characterful interlude, just like our wines.
Upon your arrival, we will take the time to present our history, our terroir, our passion. Then, glass in hand, we will guide you through the tasting of three carefully selected wines. We will share the secrets of each vintage, the sensations it evokes, and the gourmet pairings it inspires!

Nestled in the heart of the Vallée du Paradis, in the Corbières, Château Haut Gléon is an exceptional wine estate where history, nature, and expertise meet. A former stately home dating back to the 6th century, the château offers a unique setting surrounded by vineyards, forests, and unspoiled hills. The estate produces elegant and expressive wines, reflecting its rich and varied terroir, in AOP Corbières and IGP Vallée du Paradis. Visitors can enjoy a tasting of our vintages in an authentic cellar, or stroll among the vines and discover the 11th-century chapel. The place is also distinguished by its peaceful atmosphere and spectacular panorama, conducive to relaxation and contemplation. Château Haut Gléon is an immersion in time, discovering a living and passionate winemaking heritage.
