Visit and tasting
This wine tourism experience includes a guided tour focusing on the winemaking process.
The tour will take place in the technical buildings, including the cellar where the barrels and amphorae are stored, and continues to the fermentation room with its concrete and stainless steel tanks.
It will then be followed by a guided tasting of two wines paired with two chocolates, created in partnership with a chocolatier from Mérignac (Bordeaux region), and carefully selected by our team especially for this tasting.
The experience concludes with another glass of Château Saint Ahon wine and some regional sweets.

Sobre o anfitrião
Château Saint Ahon has been a family property for 3 generations located in the Haut-Médoc appellation. Property of Charles de Montesquieu in the 18th century, it is today classified as a “Remarkable Monument”. In 1985, the Countess and Count Bernard de Colbert became the owners of Château Saint Ahon. Today, their daughter Françoise, her husband Nicolas and their daughter Alice have taken over the reins. Firmly convinced that “only a beautiful vine can produce a good wine”, the choices are resolutely focused on current know-how and the preservation of our biodiversity.
