Visit and tasting
Valérie and Gaël will take you to a vineyard plot to introduce you to agroecological Champagne viticulture. Continue with a tasting of different vintages to awaken you to the diversity of flavors and aromas of Champagne.
You will therefore begin with a visit to a plot of vines in the company of Valérie or Gaël: you will discover the specificities of Champagne viticulture, and how to combine agroecology. You will also enjoy a beautiful view!
Then, through the tasting of 4 vintages from our range of champagne, you will be able to feel the influences of grape varieties, blends, aging... on the aromas and flavors of Champagne. Of course, before and during the tasting, we will be able to explain everything you need to know about Champagne and Le Champagne!

We are Valérie and Gaël, winegrowers and farmers in Champagne committed to the path of Agroecology. Preservation of biodiversity, regeneration and maintenance of soil life, use of gentle methods and phytotherapy, or even the development of agroforestry... all these words make sense in our daily lives to improve our practices day by day.
