Oenological workshop
Become the creator of your own wine during a fun workshop focused on your senses rather than technique. This unique experience allows you to craft a bespoke bottle, a true reflection of your tastes.
The immersion begins with a tour of the estate and a tasting to awaken your palate. You'll then move on to the practical side by blending different red wines from our terroirs to create your own "Cru." You'll carry out the final steps yourself: bottling, corking, and applying the capsule. Finally, you can personalize the Château's label by adding your own message or the name of your cuvée. This interactive experience is designed to make the art of winemaking accessible to everyone.
Take home your unique bottle to share! To extend the convivial atmosphere, our restaurant, La Bonne Table, welcomes you on Fridays and Saturdays (lunch and dinner) with its cuisine featuring local producers.

Sobre o anfitrião
Overlooking the vineyards and forests of the town of Camarsac, the castle, built in the 14th century on the site of an 11th century fortified house, dominates the relief of Entre-Deux-Mers, between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion . At the foot of the château, a magnificent 18th century courtyard houses the barrel cellar. Crossing the south porch, we come to the farm buildings completely covered with photovoltaic panels. Preservation of the past and openness to the future mark Camarsac's philosophy.
