Visit and tasting
Come and discover the Saint-Péray vineyard! A walk in the heart of the vineyard visiting the Beylesse hillside located under the Crussol castle, forming a green amphitheater with a view of the Vercors. We will visit the old stable that has become the cellar, where we can discuss the different winemaking processes.
To finish, we will taste the estate's wines: under 4 different appellations, red, still white and sparkling white.
Several vintages from the northern Rhône Valley will be represented.

The tasting will be accompanied by regional dishes (goat cheese and Ardèche terrine).

Sobre o anfitrião
Owned by the Nodin family since 1910, the Domaine de La Beylesse was at the time a fortified farmhouse, which had been founded in the 12th century by the Lord of Beauregard. Today, Rémy Nodin represents the fourth generation. At 22 he created the estate with 1 hectare of Saint-Péray rented from his parents. Today Rémy Nodin produces 4 AOP (Saint-Péray, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph) and 9 different cuvées. The estate has been in organic conversion since 2019.
