Visit and tasting
We will start by visiting the old barn which has evolved over the years to become the cellar, where we will be able to approach the different vinification processes: white, sparkling white and red. We end the visit in another cellar, the aging cellar.
Finally, we will taste the estate's wines: under 4 different appellations, in red, still white and sparkling white. Several vintages from the northern Rhône Valley will be represented:
- AOC Saint-Péray (still and sparkling white)
- AOC Cornas (red)
- AOC Crozes-Hermitage (red)
- AOC Saint-Joseph (red)

Sobre o anfitrião
Owned by the Nodin family since 1910, the Domaine de La Beylesse was at the time a fortified farmhouse, which had been founded in the 12th century by the Lord of Beauregard. Today, Rémy Nodin represents the fourth generation. At 22 he created the estate with 1 hectare of Saint-Péray rented from his parents. Today Rémy Nodin produces 4 AOP (Saint-Péray, Cornas, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph) and 9 different cuvées. The estate has been in organic conversion since 2019.
