We offer you a journey between the great vintages of Domaines Bonfils & the grand cru chocolates of Maison LALLEMAND 1937 from Pézenas. Master chocolatier Maxime LALLEMAND elaborates the transformation from bean to cocoa. And through the subtlety of these chocolates, we discover that there are many points in common with wine. Acidity, astringency, bitterness, sugar… This Masterclass by our wine expert will help you discover unique wine & chocolate pairings!
