Visit and tasting
Embark on a journey through seven centuries of history at a legendary Grand Cru Classé estate in the Graves region.
Your adventure begins in the château's cellar, where you'll hear the story of Pope Clement V. After this introduction and a visit to the vineyards, step into the wooden vat room dedicated to the red winemaking process. Finally, enter the barrel cellar where our wine rests for 16 months and discover the intricacies of successful aging.
At the end of the tour, you'll taste three wines from Château Pape Clément, including the red, a Grand Cru Classé de Graves, and the limited-production white cuvée.
Throughout the tour, a comparison will be drawn between the wines of yesterday and today to illustrate the evolution of Grand Cru Classé winemaking over the centuries.
Children can participate in the tour free of charge; however, they cannot participate in the wine tasting.

Château Pape Clément is a very renowned wine estate in the Bordeaux region. It has existed for seven centuries and continues to offer quality wines to the delight of enthusiasts and amateurs. Bernard Magrez has owned it since the 1980s.
