Domaine Dalméran is located in Saint-Etienne-du-Grès, one of the sixteen communes of the Alpilles Regional Natural Park. In this very special setting, grapes and olives have been grown for almost eight centuries. Constantly renewed and improved since at least 1442, the vines are planted on 11 hectares of north-facing plots. They benefit from a very rare geological configuration characterized by a great diversity of soils (clay, sand, pebbles) to flourish. A pioneer, Domaine Dalméran has adopted the precepts of organic farming since 2011. Production is voluntarily limited in order to get the most out of its exceptional ecosystem.
