Immerse yourself in over two centuries of history by visiting the cellars of Caveau Dufouleur Père & Fils, built in the 18th century in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, the cradle of Burgundy's great wines.
Your journey begins with a self-guided tour of our historic cellars, a true testament to family expertise since 1848. You will then be invited to a guided tasting of 6 wines, carefully selected to reflect the diversity and richness of Burgundy's terroirs:
- 1 Crémant de Bourgogne
- 1 Regional appellation
- 2 Village appellations
- 1 Premier Cru appellation
- 1 Grand Cru appellation
Throughout the tasting, our team will share with you the secrets of the "Climats" of Burgundy, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and guide you in discovering the unique aromas, textures, and expressions of each wine.
