Blindfolded, you'll tap into different senses to develop a deeper understanding of wine flavor and aroma. By depriving the eyes of visual information, other senses, such as taste and smell, are heightened and can be better appreciated.

In an exceptional natural setting, Château de Chausse extends over 15 hectares of vines on the hills of La Croix Valmer and Gassin, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The Château de Chausse offers a fine collection of rosé, white and red wines in AOP Côtes de Provence: classic cuvées, true reflections of Provence, to prestigious cuvées which embody a know-how of excellence.
