Visit and tasting
We will take you to the Grand Cru, to discover our noble and emblematic grape varieties of Alsace such as Riesling or Gewurztraminer. We will open the doors of our Clos Zisser, which we have had a monopoly on since 1830. You will be as close as possible to the terroir and its treasures. We will set off to discover the botany, geology and centuries-old work of the men who shape our vineyard. In order to make the visit fun and attractive, we will provide you with a small booklet full of various information. Our guide will be there for you, and will be happy to answer all your questions. Our commitment to the protection of nature is strong, our estate has been certified organic since 2023. When we go back down to the century-old cellar, a tasting of 5 wines will be offered to you. You will taste the fruit of this work and better understand the journey that the grape makes from its vine to the glass in your hand.

Sobre o anfitrião
Maison Klipfel was created in 1824 by Martin Klipfel, who in 1830 acquired the prestigious Clos Zisser on the Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr. His son and grandson, Eugène and Louis Klipfel, brought significant growth to the House. They were among the first to produce Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles in 1921, more than sixty years before the official designation of these two mentions. Developed by André Lorentz (former member of the Académie du Vin de France), the House now operates 40 ha of vineyards under the direction of another family from the wine world: the Helfrich family. You will find wines of great finesse, all made with respect for Alsatian tradition.
