Guided by Nathalie, a winemaker trained in this innovative workshop, this pairing tasting offers: 3 carefully selected organic terroir wines and 3 artisanal chocolates: homemade pralines and single-origin chocolates.

A personalized tasting booklet to follow along, compare, and learn at your own pace.
The chocolates are crafted by Vincent Strackar, master chocolatier in Kaysersberg.
Bonus: a visit to our oak barrel cellar.
To extend the experience, a visit to our cellar of century-old oak barrels is offered after the tasting: a unique space that reflects the long history of our aging process and the richness of our expertise.

Certified organic family estate located in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, the Marcel Freyburger estate welcomes you for a fun and original encounter with the wines of Alsace. Nathalie the winegrower guides you to the heart of the superb oak barrel cellar , and accompanies you during the tasting workshops. Pedagogy, discovery, awakening and originality are at the rendezvous!
