Oenological workshop
In a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, experience a complete sensory initiation through five wines from our family's organic vineyard.
Dry, sweet, red, sparkling… and a mystery wine to challenge your senses!
You'll learn to analyze the color, aroma, and palate of wines, identify grape varieties, understand an AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée), and above all… to taste with pleasure and curiosity.
An inspiring setting…
Before the tasting, we'll give you a brief introduction to the Alsatian vineyards, our estate, and our commitments. Then, we'll head to our cellar with its century-old oak casks – a place steeped in history that will awaken your senses.

Certified organic family estate located in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, the Marcel Freyburger estate welcomes you for a fun and original encounter with the wines of Alsace. Nathalie the winegrower guides you to the heart of the superb oak barrel cellar , and accompanies you during the tasting workshops. Pedagogy, discovery, awakening and originality are at the rendezvous!
