Oenological workshop
Immerse yourself in a unique sensory experience and discover how grape varietals shape the aromas of champagne. During this immersive workshop, explore the subtleties of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two emblematic grape varietals, and learn to decipher their aromatic signature.
On the agenda:
• Olfactory and gustatory journey: Understand how aromas develop during winemaking and how each grape varietal contributes its distinctive notes.
• Fun sensory experience: Using 8 perfume vials (fruity, floral, spicy notes…), train your sense of smell and associate each scent with the corresponding grape varietal.
• Guided tasting: taste two carefully selected Grand Cru champagnes and put your discoveries into practice by identifying the perceived aromas.
Accessible to novices and seasoned amateurs alike, this interactive workshop provides you with the keys to better understand and appreciate champagnes.

Located in Montagne de Reims in Mailly-Champagne, the Champagne Christian Muller proposes Grand Cru champagnes. We are certified HVE (High Environnental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne). We focus our work on the sharing and the respect.
