In the vineyards and then in the winery, harvest, taste, and share with the winemaker and the château team this intense stage that is the harvest!
Come with family and friends to participate in a moment of conviviality and discovery:
DAY'S PROGRAM
- 10:00 AM – Welcome of participants to the estate with coffee + pastries - Presentation of the property (history, appellation, grape varieties, vineyard work)
- 10:30 AM Harvest (distribution of pruning shears and baskets, grape cutting, carrying the hod...)
- 12:30 PM - Tasting of new wine (young wine), aperitif
Catered Lunch: Appetizer, Main Course, Cheese, and Dessert accompanied by the château's wines
- 2:30 PM - Sorting Table Workshop, visit to the vat room, explanations of fermentations and pump-overs, visit to the barrel cellar
- 4:00 PM - End of the day

Sobre o anfitrião
On the edge of the estuary, Château Monconseil-Gazin, a 17th century mansion nestled in a fabulous green setting, attracts a wide variety of visitors. The family estate was founded in 1894 and now extends to a total of 35 hectares. It is run by Jean-Michel Baudet, 5th generation of winemakers, and his wife Françoise, who are deeply committed to the quality of their wines, as well as the promotion of wine tourisme in the appellation « Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux".
