Our beautiful Ardèche region is full of multiple terroirs, all unique and giving life to choice products, rich in flavour.
During this tasting, you will discover our 4 cuvées "Les Confidentielles" sublimated by exceptional products, typical of the Ardèche.
These specialities are selected by us from local producers who share the same principles of cultivation as us.
This moment will of course also be an opportunity to share with you the history of the Château, the philosophy of the estate and the main principles of food and wine pairing.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Château de la Selve is a beautiful, fully restored 13th century family home. On the banks of the Chassezac, in the middle of a large wooded and landscaped park of 2 hectares surrounded by the vineyards of the wine estate cultivated in biodynamics, it benefits from an exceptional setting favourable to rest and relaxation.
