Today, her great great grandson, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette honors her memory by naming his Champagne house’s prestige vintages after her. Passionate about both wine and heritage, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette has brought back to life a castle steeped in history. Today it is a unique site with world renowned Wines & Champagnes which are served at the best tables and gastronomic restaurants in France and internationally.
