For the curious, wishing to discover the estate and the vines in complete tranquility, the private tour is for you. Make sure you are the only member of the group and benefit from privileged contact with your guide.
Visit our vineyard plots using intra-plot agroforestry. Discover the management of a vineyard where the trees serve as support for the vines and where they are at the heart of the regeneration of an ecosystem.
Travel through the ages of the Romans to the present day, passing through the golden age of the southern wine region, discovering a historic building of almost 5000m².
Finally, discover the estate's wines, and learn more about winemaking, tasting and the different grape varieties of Languedoc, during a guided tasting of the estate's wines. With a strong desire to reduce interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar, let yourself be carried away by a tasting full of taste and color, and taste Natural Excellence!

Sobre o anfitrião
Massamier La Mignarde, is a wine estate established for almost 2000 years in Pépieux in Aude. Having experienced several major periods of development, the buildings used today are those based on plans from the 16th century, the last of which were finalized at the beginning of the 20th century. In its heyday, the estate was sized to meet the production requirements of around 7,000 hl per year, i.e. a vine surface of almost 150ha. Today the estate continues to produce on a large surface area with 90ha planted with vines, 80 of which are harvested each year, the remaining 10ha are made up of plots of young plants. Wine production allows us to present a wide range of wines in four colors with the main grape varieties being Grenache (white; gray; black), Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan.
