The Luxury Masterclass with sabrage by Pol Couronne is for you! You will learn everything there is to know about Champagne, from harvesting to bottling.
The Masterclass begins with a presentation of the history of the House and our Champagnes. Then, you will discover our Grand Cru l'Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs.
In order to benefit from the entire Pol Couronne experience, this Sabrage Masterclass allows you to slash a bottle of Champagne, then taste it!
Then you will have the choice to taste a last glass of Champagne.
This discovery of our Champagnes will be done in a tasting glass which will allow you to use your different senses to fully enjoy the subtleties of our Champagnes.
In addition to this tasting, you will discover the art of serving Champagne.
Of course, the Pol Couronne team is at your entire disposal and will answer all your questions.

Sobre o anfitrião
Founded in 1887, Maison Pol Couronne is a traditional champagne house which priorities lay at quality and naturalness. Our different cuvées come from grapes located in the most prestigious plots of Champagne, mostly classified as Grand cru. Jean-Baptiste Prévost is in charge of this legacy, which always has shown the same respect for nature, sustainable viticulture and traditional knowledge.
