Oenological workshop
Meeting at 9 a.m. at the Chai Pierre and Bertrand COULY
- 10 a.m.-12 p.m.: Festive manual harvest
- 12:30 p.m.: Winegrower’s snack under the estate’s vine pergola
– 2 p.m.: Visit to the cellar and facilities with the winemaker, and introduction to the work dedicated to the cellar (pumping over, density measurement, tasting in vats, etc.)
- 3 p.m.-6:30 p.m. - Activities around the theme of games will be offered all afternoon.
– 7 p.m.: Aperitif on the estate’s terrace with music
- 8 p.m.: Winegrower’s dinner with all the estate teams.
The bonus: every year we organize an accessories or disguise competition with bottles to be won. 2024 Oenolympic theme!
