To try to answer these questions, we offer you a workshop of the senses. We will rediscover our 5 senses and try to master them thanks to a few workshops in 1h30 to 2h.
This tasting is not just for experts, but for all amateurs looking for pleasure.
No complicated words, no knowledge to have, just a new and surprising experience, to approach all the notions of good tasting and taste!

Family estate since the 15th century. Pierre and Bertrand Couly are committed to highlight the diversity of the terroirs and wines of the Chinon appellation. Very attached to sustainable viticulture, biodiversity and climate change, our farm has been labelled HVE: High Environmental Value since 2014.
