Visit and tasting
A private tour during which our guests will have the opportunity to choose whether to start the tasting with Gavi DOCG or Chardonnay DOC "I Boschi". Continuing, we delve into the heart of the experience with three different vintages of Nizza DOCG Riserva. It concludes sweetly with a historical vintage of our Moscato Passito "San Giovanni".
A unique opportunity to embark on a wonderful journey through the different vintages of the prestigious Nizza DOCG Riserva. You will have the opportunity to compare the characteristics with which this wine has expressed itself over the years and grasp all its nuances.
The wines will be served in precious Riedel crystal glasses and will be accompanied by high-quality products selected for the best pairing with the wines.

Tenuta Olim Bauda is a historic winery in the heart of Monferrato, where the passion for wine has been handed down for four generations. We cultivate our vineyards according to the principles of organic farming, surrounded by nature and the quiet of the hills. We proudly produce typical wines of the area, such as Nizza DOCG - of which we were among the founders - Barbera d'Asti, Gavi and other wines that tell the soul of Monferrato. We look forward to sharing with you an authentic corner of Piedmont, among vineyards, cellar and the pleasure of a glass of wine in good company.
