Visit and tasting
We offer you a unique experience dedicated to discovering the Nizza DOCG appellation and other prestigious wines from our winery.
The tasting will begin with your choice between the Chardonnay DOC "I Boschi" or the Metodo Classico Brut Nature, and then continue with an in-depth look at our three Nizza DOCG Riserva wines. Three unique interpretations of the appellation, each with characteristics and particularities that will be explained to you in detail.
To conclude on a sweet note, we will taste a precious old vintage of Moscato Passito, accompanied by a selection of products designed to enhance each glass.

Tenuta Olim Bauda is a historic winery in the heart of Monferrato, where the passion for wine has been handed down for four generations. We cultivate our vineyards according to the principles of organic farming, surrounded by nature and the quiet of the hills. We proudly produce typical wines of the area, such as Nizza DOCG - of which we were among the founders - Barbera d'Asti, Gavi and other wines that tell the soul of Monferrato. We look forward to sharing with you an authentic corner of Piedmont, among vineyards, cellar and the pleasure of a glass of wine in good company.
