This tasting represents the Rivaluce experience in its most complete form. Guests can savor four of our best sparkling wines, each paired with a curated selection of local fish, chosen from the most prized varieties of the region. Fish is the ideal pairing to enhance the elegance and quality of our wines.
The tour offers an in-depth look at the unique characteristics of the Prosecco region, illustrating the differences between its various areas, as well as recounting the winery's renovation project and the design choices that make it unique.
The experience takes place in a recently renovated space, created to celebrate the territory and the unique identity of Prosecco production, with a spectacular indoor showroom and an outdoor panoramic terrace.

Rivaluce was born from the passion of the Oenologist Anna Bertorelle with the rediscovery and valorization of the vineyards owned by the company located in the most beautiful panoramas of the Doc Prosecco Treviso and Docg Valdobbiadene. The know-how handed down and the experience in the field have allowed the company to directly manage all the production phases, from the cultivation of the best Glera grapes to a careful vinification and slow second fermentation.
