Meal
This Apulian tour takes you to the heart of the Masseria Borgo dei Trulli. You will start with a guided tour of the winery, exploring the vineyards, the panoramic room, the production area, the tanks, and the barrel cellar with barrels and ceramic amphorae from Grottaglie.
The tour culminates with a tasting of Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Millesimato Biologico, accompanied by focaccia barese, mozzarelline, caciocavallo, and capocollo from Martina Franca, excellent local products.
The experience continues aboard a golf cart through the vineyards, reaching the historic Saracen trulli and the Primitivo bush vines that produce the Signor P.
Finally, an outdoor dinner awaits you at the Saracen trulli. The chef will prepare a mixed grilled meat platter with grilled vegetables, paired with Pinio Salice Salentino Riserva DOP. The evening concludes with Apulian almond pastries and SIGNOR P Primitivo di Manduria.

Masseria Borgo dei Trulli is a farm that has purchased land in the best wine-growing areas of Salento, in particular in the municipalities of Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the province of Taranto, where it mainly grows Primitivo, Negroamaro, Vermentino, Malvasia Bianca, Fiano, Sauvignon Blanc and in the municipality of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce, where it produces Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes for the Salice Salentino DOC.
