Visit and tasting
The tour includes an immersive walk among the Primitivo di Manduria vines adjacent to the Masseria, a visit to the office area, a meeting room with a panoramic view of our vineyards, and a demonstration of the production area and grape processing machinery. This is followed by a visit to the cellar, where the steel tanks are located, and the barrel room, the most precious part of the winery. You'll learn where our finest wines are aged in oak barrels, vats, tonneaux, and barriques, as well as our recent experimentation with ceramic jars, specially crafted by artisan ceramists from Grottaglie. This is followed by a tour of the exhibition rooms in the historic Masseria building and a tasting of three selected wines, paired with typical local products, local baked goods, and dairy products from a local farm with its own livestock.

Masseria Borgo dei Trulli is a farm that has purchased land in the best wine-growing areas of Salento, in particular in the municipalities of Sava, Manduria and Maruggio in the province of Taranto, where it mainly grows Primitivo, Negroamaro, Vermentino, Malvasia Bianca, Fiano, Sauvignon Blanc and in the municipality of Guagnano, in the province of Lecce, where it produces Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes for the Salice Salentino DOC.
