Visit and tasting
The tour starts at 11:00 AM with a walk through the vineyards, followed by a visit to the winery with an explanation of the Franciacorta method, then proceeds with lunch at our farmhouse within the estate.
The menu includes:
Appetizers:
- Typical Brescia cured meats
- Savory pies with red radicchio and cheeses
- Mountain Formaggella cheese with homemade jams
- Baked zucchini frittata
- Polenta with bacon
- Sweet and sour vegetables
First course:
Risotto with Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG
Second course:
Brescia-style mixed meat skewer cooked on the grill & Cheese platter from the Brescia valleys
Side dishes: Brescia-style polenta and baked potatoes.
Dessert, coffee, water.
Tasting of n. 6 Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini wines.
At the end of the experience, you can access our wine shop.

In the heart of Franciacorta, where the lake meets the hills, magnificently exposed to the sun and crisp air, lies the municipality of Cazzago S. Martino, one of the nineteen municipalities that make up the protected geographical area for the production of Franciacorta. Here, since the mid-twentieth century, the Ambrosini family has passionately dedicated itself to cultivating ten hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. The producers define their business philosophy as follows: to enhance the superb local wines. In addition to their winemaking activities, the Ambrosini family has also expanded their agritourism business, offering traditional Franciacorta cuisine.
