Visit and tasting
A unique experience between vineyards and sea, to discover our wines. We will begin with a walk among the rows of the vineyard, immersed in a landscape that influences the character of our wines.
We will continue with the guided tour of the cellar. From above, we will observe the cellar and then descend into the heart of the winemaking process, discovering the stages of transformation of the grapes, between the tanks and barrels up to the barrel cellar, where the wine is refined following a short supply chain.
From the vineyard to the bottle, everything happens in the company.
The final tasting will take place in our dedicated room, with three wines - white, rosé and red - accompanied by savory appetizers and a selection of local seasonal products.
Finally, a few steps away, the sea awaits you to conclude this 360° sensory experience.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Tenuta Corallo winemaking project was born from a combination of passions. In 2010, love for the sea and passion for the world of wine moved Enzo and Gabriella Marti, entrepreneurs in the Salento tourism sector for over 25 years, to take over an estate of almost 13 hectares near the Baia dei Turchi, along the Adriatic coast that connects the Alimini Lakes to Otranto. After a few years, the project on paper became reality with the planting of a vineyard separated from the sea only by a thin line of Mediterranean scrub, useful especially in winter to act as a natural barrier of protection from the cold mistral wind that is felt in the Strait of Otranto. Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, Aleatico and Fiano are the typical vines of the Salento area that have been planted so far, bringing to fruition the first important labels of the company. The newly built cellar is on 2 levels, ground floor and basement. The first one hosts a small showroom and a laboratory, in addition to a room of about 180 square meters where the refrigerated steel tanks used to refine the wines are located. On the outdoor terrace there is a rotating tank of 100 quintals used for the fermentation of the reds. In the basement there is the barrel room of about 100 square meters for the refinement of the wine in wood. This room is also kept at an adequate temperature and humidity.
