Entrepreneurs since 1831, the Boroli family first dedicated itself to textiles, then to publishing and today it is seen engaged in the viticulture sector. In the nineties, Silvano and Elena Boroli felt the need to reconnect with nature, far from the frenetic pace of today's life. Thus they transformed a passion, that for wine and the Langhe territory, into a job made of commitment and dedication. In 2000 Achille, the third of four children, also joined the company, helping to transform a demanding job like that in the vineyard into something great, beautiful. Full of satisfaction. Boroli wines embody the philosophy with which we dedicate ourselves to work: quality without compromise. They are born from the tradition of Langa, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, but in both phases of production they find new life in the continuous experimentation of innovative contributions, categorically oriented to obtaining the best possible quality. At Boroli, we are convinced that a great wine always comes from a great vineyard and a great terroir. For this reason, over time, we have indulged our passion for Barolo, the highest expression of Langa wine. Along with Barolo DOCG, we have always combined a micro-vinification of our crus, starting from the “Villero” and “Cerequio” vineyards.
