Sobre o anfitrião

A family-run winery, entirely organic and certified since its foundation in the early 2000s. Founded with a clear purpose, to change the way wine is produced in the Parma Hills, with a totally sustainable approach: we maintain the woods to further reduce our CO2 footprint and we produce the energy we consume with photovoltaic. In March 2024 we received the Regenerative Organic Certification from the American organization ROA. We are the first Italian winery to receive this recognition. In regenerative organic agriculture the goals are to rehabilitate and regenerate the soil, absorb CO2, build a healthier community and harvest products of the earth that are more rich in nutrients. We have always been dedicated to the research and development of native grapes and natural winemaking, based on the most up-to-date agronomic techniques and with the support of renowned academic institutions. In 2016, we undertook a project to recover an ancient native grape variety of arma, Malvasia Casalini, present in our Monteroma sparkling wine.
