We welcome you to the Alma Distillery for an unforgettable experience with us.
- Brief introduction to the cultivation of sugar cane in Sicily and its
cultivation.
- Guided tour of the distillery and explanation of the different production processes;
pressing, fermentation, distillation, maturing and aging.
- Tasting of fresh sugar cane juice.
The tour ends with a guided tasting of a selection of 5 of our products
paired with Modica chocolate.

Sobre o anfitrião
Distilleria Alma is the first distillery dedicated to the production of Rum in Italy and one of the few currently active in Sicily. We are farmers, artisans and distillers. We produce in small batches and follow the entire process; from the countryside to the glass; this means that we grow our raw material, sugar cane, we press it in the distillery to extract the juice that will become must, we ferment, distill and bottle on site.
