Jorche is the union and union between two worlds closely connected to each other: the wine sector with vineyards and cellar and that of hospitality in the Masseria. Since it is a single company, the two activities are closely interconnected: on the one hand, in the Masseria there are exclusively wines from the cellar, which represent an added value for customers who want to discover and experience the area; on the other hand, guests staying in the Masseria have the possibility of taking guided tours and tastings in the cellar. The company has a long winemaking tradition behind it that dates back to the early 1900s, when the Gianfreda family owned one of the largest wineries (it was the first and oldest form of organized winery) in Torricella. Today, in the fifth generation, Dalila and Emanuela Gianfreda, sisters and owners of Jorche, dedicate themselves with curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to the historic family wine business as well as to the management of hospitality at the Masseria. Dalila, graduated in Business Economics and Marketing Management in Milan, takes care of the commercial aspects and communication of the company, while Emanuela, following in the footsteps of her father Antonio and graduated in Oenology and Viticulture in San Michele all'Adige, is today the oenologist of Jorche and manages the management of the vineyards and the production and technical part of the company.
