Opera02: on one side the entire organically cultivated area and on the other an accommodation facility, equipped with a restaurant/farmhouse and rooms, with very low environmental impact, from the creation of materials to the various renewable energy systems. The common thread that links these different aspects is respect for nature, the conservation of traditions through careful attention to detail, with an eye on new technologies. Attention to ancient gestures teaches us to appreciate our land, our region, Lambrusco and Balsamic Vinegar. Respect for Nature made us choose organic agriculture.
