Meal
In the Greek cosmological tradition, Aión was the personification of "time that does not pass", of full living. This is the time we want our customers to spend, hosting them in a warm and welcoming environment in a carefully and respectfully renovated 19th-century farmhouse. During the summer, it is possible to fully enjoy the panoramas of the Conero, having dinner on the terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards of the company.
An exciting journey to discover our wines paired with tasty tastings inspired by the flavors of this season.
It includes an appetizer, two first courses, a second course with side dishes, a dessert. Each course is paired with a different wine.
The menu varies according to the season.

The history of the Moroder estate is lost over the centuries. The year of foundation of the cellar dates back to 1837, always handed down from father to son, it is still totally family-run today. The time that marks the very nature of our lives is for us the secret behind every good wine...in particular Rosso Conero, the red bathed by the sea, a wine that represents the territory and that leads you here, to our estate on the hills of Monte Conero, in the heart of the Natural Park.
