The agricultural activity of the Fasoli family was born in 1921 when Amadio Fasoli decided to devote himself to the cultivation of vines in the Val d'Illasi, the green soul of eastern Verona. Amadio personally took care of the delivery of the wine to the best taverns in the area, transporting the demijohns with cart and horses. The reality of Fasoli Gino was officially born in 1925.
