Tasting
Amarone will be the true protagonist, telling its story through its evolution over time.
We will taste:
Amarone Classico – The Current Vintage
Jeroboam of Amarone 2013 – “The Noble Contrast”
Jeroboam of Amarone 2011 – “Harbingers of Excellence”
Together we will discover the personalities of the vintages, the aromatic profile, the refined color with mature, deep nuances…. ending sweetly with Recioto 2024
Dedicated food pairings, designed to enhance each glass, will also be available.
The duration is approximately one hour and thirty minutes, and check-in is at least 5 minutes prior.
The Event will be held:
Saturday, March 7th
– 2:00 PM or 4:30 PM
Sunday, March 8th
– 10:30 AM or 2:00 PM
Our abstinent friends, colleagues, relatives, wives, husbands, and fiancés are also welcome and can join us to share this experience. For them, a glass of cherry juice and a platter of local cured meats and cheeses are included.
Children are also welcome in the cellar.

Sobre o anfitrião
Le Bignele winery takes its name from the homonymous locality, where the Aldrighetti family has been cultivating the area for 5 generations. They grow native grapes of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara to produce quality wines; cherry trees for the production of jams and olive trees for olive oil. We produce a Veronese rosè and a Veronese red IGT, Valpolicella Classico DOC, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Classico Ripasso DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG. We are waiting for you in the cellar to let our wines tell their story!
