Oenological workshop
Create your own sparkling wine bottle and discover the history and secrets of the Classic Method with our winemaker: you will discover all the stages of the Classic Method production and create your own bottle by experiencing each production phase. A tasting of 4 DOCG sparkling wines with a 4-course lunch will follow.

Sobre o anfitrião
It was born from the will of a sharecropper, grandfather Luigi, to cultivate the land. Land purchased with hard work and sacrifices, which today is managed by his nephews Cristian and Stefano. Today, high quality wines are produced here, through organic cultivation, respecting the territory and biodiversity.
