Visit and tasting
Your experience begins with a guided tour to learn about our business and the surrounding area. The first stop takes you to discover our organic vineyards, traversed by the historic Via di San Colombano. Discover the winemaking tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese region, the history of our family business, and the practices we adopt to preserve local biodiversity.
The second part of the tour takes you to the winemaking and aging cellars to explore the world of wine, focusing on the fascinating world of Metodo Classico. The third part is dedicated to flavors, both on the plate and in the glass: a lunch featuring dishes made with local ingredients from small wineries paired with Pinot Noir sparkling wines served by the glass. The experience continues with a tasting of four Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG Pinot Noir wines and more, paired with four courses.

Sobre o anfitrião
It was born from the will of a sharecropper, grandfather Luigi, to cultivate the land. Land purchased with hard work and sacrifices, which today is managed by his nephews Cristian and Stefano. Today, high quality wines are produced here, through organic cultivation, respecting the territory and biodiversity.
