Caiarossa is located a few steps away from the small medieval village of Riparbella, on the west slope of a hill facing the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation which protects the vineyard naturally. The position is an integral part of this estate charm that, although it has been existing since 1998, let visitors feel like the first ones to discover it. The desire to create a place where the production of high-quality wines is combined with respect for the environment and the beauty of simplicity comes true following biodynamic rules.
