Visit and tasting
An immersive experience in the nature and cuisine of Maremma, through a journey to discover wild herbs and their use in cooking.
Guests will be welcomed at Maliosa by the staff and chef Francesca, who combines culinary skills with significant training as a holistic operator in Phyto-alimurgy and Wellness.
Francesca will accompany guests on a walk through the farm's fields, helping them recognize and collect wild herbs, explaining their characteristics, properties, and use in cooking. At the end of the walk, everyone will prepare fresh tagliatelle and a pesto with the wild herbs collected, which, combined with the organic EVO oil from Fattoria La Maliosa, will be the perfect seasoning for the recipe.
The experience will conclude with a tasting of the prepared dish, paired with one of our natural wines narrated by an expert.
Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the recipe in paper and digital format.

Sobre o anfitrião
Fattoria La Maliosa is a 160-hectare farm in the Maremman hills made up of arable lands, vineyards, olive trees and forests. It produces natural wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey. The farm has held both organic and biodynamic certifications since 2010, reflecting a continued commitment over time. It’s here that Antonella Manuli has implemented a project based on quality, beauty and environmental wellbeing with complete respect for the territory and its originality.
