Tasting
After picking up your picnic upon arrival at the winery, head to our new Skydeck, a large 'orientation table' that opens up a 360° view of the natural landscape of the Tuscan Maremma, from Giglio Island to Monte Amiata, from Pitigliano to Monte Argentario.
Designed by Officina82, the Skydeck, unique in Maremma, has been placed at the centre of Vigna Corino, a garden vineyard located on the summit of Monte Cavallo, the highest point within the company. It takes up the circular lines of the vineyard, following them and inserting itself into the natural environment, enhancing it and creating an innovative and interactive Belvedere.
The picnic includes:
• A selection of cheeses from the Caseificio di Sorano
• A selection of cured meats from Ercolani – Sorano
• Sliced Tuscan bread
• 100ml of organic EVO oil of our production
• Crispy pizza
• Artisan biscuits
• Water
• 1 bottle of natural red wine of our production

Sobre o anfitrião
Fattoria La Maliosa is a 160-hectare farm in the Maremman hills made up of arable lands, vineyards, olive trees and forests. It produces natural wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey. The farm has held both organic and biodynamic certifications since 2010, reflecting a continued commitment over time. It’s here that Antonella Manuli has implemented a project based on quality, beauty and environmental wellbeing with complete respect for the territory and its originality.
