Your visit begins in our archives, where you will discover the history of vermouth production through the legacy of the Rossi di Montelera family, pioneers in the production of this liqueur, whose passion, intuition, and mastery contributed to creating the tradition we still carry on today.
After this brief immersion into the past, you will proceed with a guided tasting that illustrates how Torre a Cona Vermouth is born, from the selection of botanicals to maceration, to blending and final refinement.
During the tasting phases, you will learn to recognize aromas, flavors, and structure, gaining a clear understanding of what makes our vermouth unique.
At the end, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation with a classic cocktail prepared with our vermouth, accompanied by a selection of small bites.

Torre a Cona is a winery located south-east of Florence, on the border between Chianti and Valdarno.
